Bernard Matthews offers a range of supply options including lamb finishing contracts, margin contracts, fixed price options and weekly schedules.

BMNZ employ three Regional Livestock Managers who are responsible for the overall supply to each of the plants with a large component of their roles being to co-ordinate lamb supply from "third party" agents.
