Food safety remains as our number one priority. We adhere rigorously to certified international food safety standards enabling us to deliver a surprisingly long product shelf-life when stored at recommended temperatures. The worldwide demand for greater food safety and quality assurances drives our On-Farm Quality Assurance programme.

This programme preceeds and compliments the programmes and auditing process that are in place through the processing facilities.

The programme incorporates our major retail customers’ livestock ‘codes of practice’ which have been adapted to take into consideration standard New Zealand farming practices.
